William Harrison is Sirmium Capital's Founder and Chief Investment Officer. He oversees the firm's investment process, portfolio construction, and publishes the quarterly Inside the Portfolio research letter.
His investment philosophy is rooted in the Buffett/Munger tradition — concentrated positions in high-quality businesses at reasonable prices, held with patience and conviction. He focuses on long-term capital allocation, business quality analysis, and understanding the competitive dynamics that drive durable returns.
William's quarterly research letter is available free to all Sirmium Capital clients and newsletter subscribers, providing transparent insight into the firm's thinking and investment rationale.

Eslyn Hernandez is Sirmium Capital's VP, Head of Marketing, focused on reaching and serving the niche communities at the heart of the firm's work — 9/11 families, FDNY, NYPD, veterans, nurses, NPs & PAs, and physicians.
He knows these communities and the financial questions they actually face — from USVSST awards for 9/11 families to FDNY and NYPD pensions, TSP rollovers, nurse 403(b) fees, NP/PA 1099 income, and physician tax planning. That fluency shapes how Sirmium tells its story and meets each community in its own language.
A New Yorker and financial-literacy advocate, Eslyn also supports NYC Honor, a nonprofit bringing NIL financial-education programs to youth athletes. He is committed to expanding access to quality financial education for communities that have historically been underserved by the financial industry.
