William Harrison is Sirmium Capital's Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager. He oversees the firm's investment process, portfolio construction, and publishes the quarterly Inside the Portfolio research letter.

His investment philosophy is rooted in the Buffett/Munger tradition — concentrated positions in high-quality businesses at reasonable prices, held with patience and conviction. He focuses on long-term capital allocation, business quality analysis, and understanding the competitive dynamics that drive durable returns.

Eslyn Hernandez

Eslyn Hernandez is Sirmium Capital's Principal and lead financial advisor, specializing in niche-community financial planning for 9/11 families, first responders, and veterans.

Eslyn brings deep technical expertise in the pension systems, benefit structures, and tax rules that govern each community. From USVSST award management and MDL-1570 coordination for 9/11 families to NYPD/FDNY pension optimization and military TSP rollover strategy — he understands the specific details that matter.

A New Yorker and financial literacy advocate, Eslyn also serves as a financial advisor for NYC Honor, providing NIL financial education to youth athletes. He is committed to expanding access to quality financial guidance for communities that have historically been underserved by the financial industry.
